PLAMEN VUTOV is our marketing consultant. He supported us with the WIMAX technology to conduct the very first aerial testing of the 3G and 4G servise in Bulgaria. Thanks to him we analized the signal strength of a WAMAX service and technology. He worked with us on a pilot project for aerial video monitoring from a helicopter. If the Mayor is happy with the results, soon above Sofia will be in force a constant aerial monitoring, which will give a more efficient and faster reaction during crisis and emergency situations.
